Meet Andre Kennedy, a NASM-certified personal trainer with a passion for positivity and fun in fitness. His philosophy is that positivity breeds excellence, and he’s the coach that will help you get there. Andre disagrees with the "no pain, no gain" mentality because nobody likes pain. In fact, that's one of the reasons he became a trainer - to help others achieve their fitness goals without unnecessary discomfort. As a fitness enthusiast and recreational bodybuilder, Andre experienced some life changes that left him overweight, out of shape, and on a terrible diet. He hired a personal trainer who empowered him to recreate a better version of himself and wants to pay it forward. Through this journey, Andre overcame lower back pain and shoulder pain from sitting at a desk all day. He realized that he wanted to help others do the same. Andre holds an Associate of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and works as a personal trainer. He specializes in strength and flexibility training, bodybuilding, weight loss, and optimizing mobility for people over the age of 30. With Andre as your coach, you can expect a positive, fun, and effective approach to achieving your fitness goals. He’s been there, done that, and got the tee-shirt!
